Bookings & Appointments
All services are available by appointment only.
Appointments can be made through our website, via phone, or in-person visits.
You are responsible for providing accurate vehicle information and service requirements when booking an appointment.
We reserve the right to reschedule bookings due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, equipment failure, etc.).
Payment & Pricing
All prices listed on the website are in AUD and may vary based on the vehicle condition and additional services requested.
Payments due upon service completion or otherwise agreed upon prior to service.
We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and online payment methods.
For services not completed due to unforeseen circumstances, customers will be charged only for work performed, and any remaining work can be rescheduled at no additional charge for the outstanding services.
Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before your scheduled time without penalty.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
If you are late to an appointment, we will make every effort to accommodate you, but we reserve the right to reschedule if necessary.
Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis and depend on the work performed and the circumstances surrounding the request. No refunds will be issued for completed services unless there is a clear service failure on our part.
Service Guarantee
We stand behind our work and strive to deliver the highest quality of service.
If you are not satisfied with any service, please notify us within 7 days of service completion, and we will make every effort to address your concerns.
Our guarantee does not cover damage resulting from improper vehicle care after service, environmental factors, or normal wear and tear.
Customers are solely responsible for any existing damages or issues that cannot be rectified by detailing services.
Liability & Insurance
Zeuri Autoworks is not liable for any pre-existing damage to your vehicle.
While we take utmost care when handling your vehicle, we are not responsible for damage caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to extreme weather conditions or acts of nature.
It is your responsibility to remove all valuable and personal items from your vehicle before service. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings left in the vehicle.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We carry appropriate insurance, but claims must be filed within a reasonable timeframe.
Customer Responsibilities
Please remove personal belongings from your vehicle before your appointment.
We are not liable for valuables left in the car during service.
Ensure that all vehicle information provided is accurate to avoid delays or additional charges.
Follow any post-service care instructions provided to maintain the quality and longevity of the services performed.
Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.
Prices and service offerings are subject to change without notice. Any changes will be reflected on our website or communicated to you directly.
Intellectual Property
